This is the fifth track on the second album by The Shy Reserve (Both), and also the fifth video made for YouTube from the eight-video series. Shelley added vocals over the top of mine (Randal’s). It’s the first song of the B-side of the album, meaning it’s the first one that doesn’t feature drums and bass like the first four songs of the A-side did.
The video brings the Leah character back into the fold, though it features many ‘near misses’ with the Linus character, much like the video for Fervent did. Her happy and bubbly demeanor from her first appearance in the series is now a bit more melancholy, mirroring how Linus has been in all of the videos so far.
